Welcome to MAXC Properties, a private luxury retreat set on 13 wooded acres in Osage County, just minutes from Tulsa and Skiatook Lake. Enjoy the privacy of a rural setting while staying close to dining, entertainment, and outdoor recreation.

Our luxury retreat estate combines elegant accommodations, natural beauty, and restorative spaces designed for rest, connection, and wellness — five villas, a resort-style saltwater pool, serene walking paths, and beautifully maintained grounds.

All villas, the pool, and guest amenities are fully completed and ready to enjoy. As part of our long-term vision, we continue enhancing the grounds with landscaping and gardens — these improvements never affect your stay.

House rules & other things to note

MAXC Properties is a private retreat estate in a peaceful rural area of Osage County, accessed by a gravel road and driveway. The owners reside on the property, and assistance is available should any property-related issue arise during your stay. From time to time you may notice landscaping projects as we continue beautifying the estate — these are limited to the grounds and never affect accommodations or amenities.

Important: The pool and grounds are for registered guests only. Visitors must be pre-approved by management. No parties, events, children's birthday parties, photography sessions, music videos, or unauthorized gatherings are permitted. Gate code sharing, smoking, or unauthorized guests may result in immediate removal and a contractual violation fee of up to $1,500. A government-issued ID and a signed grounds usage agreement are required from the booking guest before access is granted.
